Founded in 2016 in Shanghai, China, FEAST comprises not only our annual offline food festival but also, as of 2021, a forum on Chinese food + beverage culture featuring experts + creatives based in China + around the world.
At a time in which attention to Chinese culture has never been greater, FEAST seeks to provide a platform for experts around the world to explore their connections + expertise as a gateway to understanding + appreciation of China.
FEAST explores everything including + beyond ‘Chinese food’ – regional traditions of China but also the intersection of influences + ages across heritage, cuisine, ingredients, techniques, trends, technology, Chinese cities’ food scenes, sustainability, the industry, wellness, etc. – anything related to eating / drinking in China or influenced by China elsewhere around the world.
